well, my 4th gear has had a really nasty "crunch" when shifting up into it at any rpm's over about 3000, and VERY bad crunch downshifting into it from even 60mph, even with blipping the throttle or double-clutching. Has been that way for tens of thousands of miles now, just figured I would have to live with it till my tranny died and I got a good used one. WRONG!!!! I put in Redline MTL this weekend and the crunch is gone!! I mean no crunch at all, like magic. I cannot recomend this enough to anyone who has a bad 4th gear synchro, it is amazing. About the best $25 I have spent on the Z yet. Unless anyone has something bad to say about it like it is too thin to lubricate well I say go get some and put it in today! Oh yeah, one thing....since the fill hole is up so high, the dumbasses at the Jiffy Lube drained my fluid and then were like "Opps, we can't put any fluid in because the fill port is up to high....." And I was like "Well, you better figure something out, hadn't you?" So, they had to go and get a big syringe to put it in, moral of the story, ask before they drain it if they can fill it, or be prepared to wait around for a long time! LOL Later, Mike
